Civil Litigation Solicitor
We are looking to engage civil litigation solicitors to help manage our caseload of civil litigation work.
We are mainly claimant focused, and as such, you will need to be willing to undertake work under DBA and CFA arrangements (where such cases have the quantum and merits to be viable), alongside LEI funded and private paying cases.
You will be an experienced litigator with excellent client care skills and a strong track record of helping clients resolve their disputes. Drive, determination and strong organisational and IT skills are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
路 A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in civil litigation, dealing with matters such as; professional negligence, partnership disputes, breach of contract, property and defamation.
路 The ability to manage your own caseloads
路 Possess excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
路 Be commercially aware
路 Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Employment Law Solicitor
Due to our growing caseload of contentious employment work, we are looking to engage an experienced employment law solicitor to join our team.
We are a claimant focused focused practice, and as such, you will need to be willing to undertake work under DBA and CFA arrangements, alongside LEI funded and private paying cases.
You will be a legally qualified solicitor (solicitor of FILEX) experienced in contentious employment law with excellent client care skills. Drive, determination and strong organisational and IT skills are also essential. Advocacy experience is desirable but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ PQE of employment law, dealing with contentious work including; whistleblowing and discrimination cases
- The ability to manage your own caseloads
- Possess excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Be commercially aware
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
